The following document is a contract between the buyer and seller. 

Registration and Shipping Fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Deposits to hold a puppy are non-refundable after the birth of the puppy, but may be applied to a future litter for up to 12 months, providing your puppy pick is less than 4 weeks of age when you make your decision. 

Deposit payments can be paid in the form of cash, Good Dog, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Pay Pal. 

Puppies may be shipped at 8 weeks of age.  Buyer and Seller must agree on shipping details.  Final payment is due the day and time the puppy ships.  If buyer is picking up the puppy, final payment is due at pickup.  If the final payment is being made via PayPal or Venmo, it is the buyer’s responsibilities to pay all applicable fees. 

Team Feem Breeders LLC guarantees the puppy will come with all age appropriate vaccinations and wormings.  Tails and dew claws will be removed by a licensed veterinarian between the age of 3-5 days unless other arrangements are made by the buyer.  If the buyer requests that the tail and dew claws remain intact, an additional $500 non-refundable deposit is required and buyer is not able to change or postpone puppy reservation.  In addition, Team Feem Breeders LLC guarantees the puppy to be free from genetic defects that are detrimental to the puppy’s health for one year from the puppy’s date of birth. 

In the event that a genetic defect is found by a licensed Veterinarian within the health guarantee period, Team Feem Breeders LLC will provide another puppy of equal value upon receipt of a letter confirming diagnosis by an agreed upon licensed veterinary and the return of the original puppy.  We cannot predict a time frame when a replacement puppy will be made available.  Team Feem Breeders reserves the right to pay for treatment up to 75% of the purchase price in lieu of providing another puppy or to reimburse the price of the puppy. 

Team Feem Breeders LLC guarantees the puppy for 3 days from the date of sale against the following diseases: Parvovirus, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Corona Virus.  The Buyer agrees not to take the puppy to any public place including parks, stores, any place of business or any place open to public until all vaccinations are given.

In the event that any of the above stated diseases are diagnosed within the 3 day period, the seller is to be notified within 24 hours.  Am agreed upon licensed veterinarian must verify the diagnosis with lab results.  Once we have received confirmation of the submitted diagnosis, we will accept the immediate return of the puppy and refund the purchase price. 

Buyer will incur all charges for future vaccinations, wormings, and office exam visits.  Seller is not responsible for any vet bills.  Seller agrees to have a fecal parasite exam performed at first veterinary examination and to treat accordingly if found positive.  Seller agrees to complete the vaccination schedule and start the puppy on heart worm preventative at the second vaccination to occur at 10-12 weeks.

All warranties are void in the event the buyer neglects to have the puppy properly vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian, or in any way harms, neglects or fails to give the puppy proper medical attention. 

All warranties are void if the buyer does not follow feeding guidelines.  Feeding guidelines are outlined on medical record. 

Puppies are sold with limited AKC registration.  If a buyer wishes to purchase Full AKC registration, an additional fee will be charged and the AKC pin number will be released via text message at the time of payment.  Full AKC registration fee is $1500.  The buyer agrees that they are not allowed to breed the dog they purchased from Team Feem Breeders without paying the agreed price for Full AKC registration.

Team Feem Breeders LLC will take back the puppy at any time if the buyer is unable to keep him/her due to any circumstances.  The buyer would be required to surrender the puppy to Team Feem Breeders.  Under no circumstances should the puppy be sent to a shelter, given to a pet store, laboratory, research facility, or animal shelter. 

No guarantee is made to adult size.  Any estimates given are based solely on the breeder’s experience.  No other guarantee is made or implied except as stated in this written guarantee.  Warranty applies to the original buyer only, and is not transferable.
